Climbing Lobuche Peak is tough but loved by many climbers. The journey starts in Kathmandu, where you’ll visit UNESCO World Heritage Sites before flying to Lukla. From there, you trek through Sherpa villages like Namche Bazaar, Tengboche, and Dingboche, heading towards Everest Base Camp.

Along the way, you’ll see stunning views and cultural attractions. After reaching Lobuche village, you’ll head to Lobuche High Camp for the final climb. This part is challenging, with steep slopes and exposed ridges. You’ll need climbing gear like ropes, ice axes, and crampons.

Once at the summit, you’ll be rewarded with breathtaking views of Everest and other peaks. After descending, you’ll trek back to Lukla via Pangboche village and Namche. Lobuche Peak is best climbed in spring (Mar-Jun) or autumn (Sep-Nov).

This trek is a bit different from the usual ones in Nepal because it’s not as well-known. It all starts with your arrival in Kathmandu, where you’ll spend a day getting ready for the trek and getting the necessary permits. You’ll also get to see some important places in Kathmandu, which are recognized by UNESCO as World Heritage sites.

The next day, you’ll fly to Nepalgunj and then to Jumla, which is where the trek starts. During the trek, you’ll pass through different valleys like Jumla, Padmara, Tila, and Sinja, where you’ll get to learn about the culture of the tribes living in the park. You might even see some cool animals like black bears, red pandas, and musk deer.

The best part of the trek is when you finally reach Rara Lake. The view of the lake surrounded by mountains is absolutely breathtaking. You’ll camp by the lake and visit the nearby Rara village, which feels like living in the wild.

After exploring the area around Rara Lake, the trek takes you on a loop back to Jumla, passing through places like Ghorosingha and Jaljala. The best times to do this trek are in spring (March-May) and autumn (September-November), when the weather is nice and the views are clear.

The journey starts in Kathmandu. You’ll explore UNESCO World Heritage sites and then get ready for the trek. Chola Pass Trek

Embark on a once-in-a-lifetime adventure with the Chola Pass Trek, where you’ll be surrounded by breathtaking views of towering mountains and experience the simple, traditional way of life in the Himalayas.

Starting with a glimpse of Kathmandu’s UNESCO World Heritage sites, we begin our journey with a quick flight to Lukla, followed by a trek to Phakding. We then make our way to Namche Bazaar, the largest Sherpa settlement in the region, before continuing to Tengboche Monastery. After acclimatizing, we head to Dingboche, then Lobuche, and finally reach Everest Base Camp via Gorakshep. The panoramic views of Mt. Our next challenge is crossing the demanding Chola Pass at 5420 meters.
